The Small Print

Someone today (and in other workshops) asked about issues related to "the small print" of working with these various "free" tools. For the May 2007 learnshop I'm going to post (and continue editing throughout the week) the materials related to the small print. I'll also add some key points that I find as I read. Things that people appear to be most interested in include privacy, FERPA, and longevity of the site.
